To handle multiple tasks altogether in construction industry, you can do following : 1. Write down to do list on paper: Instead of playing with your mind, write down first. It will help to understand the tasks more accurately. 2. Prioritise tasks: it should be done based on the need and will help you to go in a planned way. Also,categorie the tasks in terms of time duration required to complete them. 3. Delegate tasks: Delegate the tasks whichever is possible to your team members instead of putting yourself in all things and draining yourself. 4. Keep calm and finish all tasks properly and have belief in yourself to tackle highly stressful environment of this industry. This approach literally helped me to handle 50-70 tasks altogether.
