Evaluate the impact of delays as a first thing ! If client comes with numerous requests, ensure they are aware of the consequences whether there would be delay in overall product delivery or impact on quality or changes in cost etc. Document everything, bring in additional resources to achieve the additional goal or discuss with customer to decide the MVP for thr product. Act according to the framework, such as in Agile let Product managers decide the priority of the stories in association with customer.

when client requests for delay project whatever reason, we need to discuss and plan below: 1. Document customer request for future reference and ask for delay cost (if any) 2. Identify reason for delay request (any legal or compliance issue or client business slow down or any ownership change etc) and discuss accordingly as per terms of contract. 3. Manpower management : if delay is significant, reallocate resources to other project, they will increase overall company growth. 4. Sometime, customer is not willing with existing plan and have no clue about further processing, they request for delay. In this scenario, we have discuss client team (formal or informal) and suggest alternate plan. 5. Discuss with revise timeline with client.

Communication is the key for avoid this problem. Make sure whenever there is a change you document it and inform client beforehand that this will affect the timeline by X days. Second, if its not critical you can request client to take it up in phase 2 so we first deliver what actually was in the scope.

When project delays arise due to client requests, my recommendations: - Evaluate the impact: Assess how the request affects the timeline and deliverables. - Communicate with clarity: Explain the delay and its effects to the client and stakeholders. - Optimize resources: Reprioritize tasks and reallocate team members to keep progress steady. - Propose a revised strategy: Suggest an updated timeline that balances the new request with project goals. - Find a win-win: Collaborate with the client for a solution that works for both sides. - Go live with MVPs: Launch Minimum Viable Products now, addressing the rest in a future phase.

To navigate project delays caused by client requests, first assess the impact on the timeline and communicate it clearly to the client. Prioritize the requests, identifying which are critical and which can be deferred. Propose adjusted deadlines based on the new scope, ensuring transparency about the trade-offs between time, cost, and quality. Use a formal change management process to document the modifications and obtain client approval. Reallocate resources and adjust workflows to mitigate delays where possible. Regularly update the client on progress and potential risks, maintaining open communication to manage expectations and keep the project on track.

When client requests cause project delays, I address it with transparency and proactive planning. First, I communicate the impact of the changes on the timeline, ensuring the client understands the trade-offs. Then, I collaborate with the team to re-prioritize tasks and find efficiencies where possible. If needed, I adjust expectations and propose realistic deadlines. The key is maintaining open communication with both the client and the team to keep everyone aligned while minimizing disruptions to the overall project.
