Esas situaciones son muy comunes en los proyectos. Se necesita contar en la planificación de recursos antes de encarar un proyecto con un equipo multidisciplinario. A consideración del presupuesto, los mánager nos vemos muchas veces condicionados a los ítems previstos. Lo primera q hay q hacer es asumir que hay imponderables y selección un equipo tal como lo exprese en la primera frase. La reingeniería financiera considerando que la óptima es saludable, permite readecuar las partidas de gastos y redireccionar a los mismos a las prioridades para no enviar los imponderables a pérdida. Un equipo multidisciplinario de movida amortigua el incremento del recurso y determina si es necesario las nuevas contrataciones o se optimiza el equipo.
