Creo que entender la realidad de estas situación radica en la empatía y a su vez en la objetividad de entender los intereses de cada parte. Me gusta decir que lo ideal es hacer una media entre cada opinión. Pero sobretodo, es entender que tipo de situación ha ocurrido y en qué términos, normalmente se habrá pactado por escrito pautas y localizar donde es el punto más próximo a la realidad en ese escrito es lo más razonable.

Sempre acreditei no diálogo. E numa situação como essa o ego não pode dominar as opiniões. Trabalharia muito a Inteligência Emocional e a Comunicação não-violenta com todos os participantes.
