Rotate responsibilities, celebrate all contributions, and foster collaboration. Encourage open communication and set team-based goals. By valuing every team member’s efforts, we build a more inclusive and motivated team.

En mi opinión rotar el rol de lider no tiene mucho recorrido, pues en un equipo no todo el mundo quiere ser lider. Forzar las contribuciones en las meetings tampoco lo veo como una solución pues cada miembro del equipo tiene un social style, y puede que alguno no sea expresivo como puede ser otro. Creo que lo mejor es entender como cada uno prefiere intervenir, y dar lugar a distintas formas de comunicarse dentro de una meeting, no solo digamos la oral. En mi caso, hay miembros que se expresan mejor mediante pizarra, hay otros que necesitan tener las ideas conceptuales de inicio, y a partir de ahi profundizar, y otros más analíticos que necesitan precisamente profundizar desde el inicio. En mi carrera, de lo que me he dado cuenta , es que fomanetar la autonomía, implica de forma directa en dejar que la gente sea quien es, se exprese como considere (Siendo respetuoso), y sobretodo valorar y dar alas a probar soluciones o cosas que se les hayan ocurrido. Eso hace que se muestren abiertos a dar idea, pues poder ser coloquial, y no formal, hace que esas ideas se expresen de forma natural, y así mismo, dejar que se hagan experimentos (Aun sabiendo que pueden fallar), fomanta la confianza, a la par que la aceptación del fallo o del riesgo que corremos al invertir tiempo en algo que no tenemos claro si funcionará.

As a leader, helping your TEAM and not the individuals SHINE is key. For that, all members must feel comfortable, motivated and work together. When individuals are constantly seeking to call attention to themselves, it only undermines the team building process. This is how I do it: 🔸During meetings, I allow for each person to speak and call out to those that haven't had the chance to.
