Share the reason why the agreement is in place for their "Rapid Growth" 3. I would also connect a story based their growth towards their goals. 4. Lastly I would reframe your commitment to sticking to the agreement such as "As we move forward, It's crucial you know that this boundary is non-negotiable for me as your coach, and I want you to always feel comfortable sharing whatever you need on our coaching sessions so you can achieve faster results."
