Step 1: Create a fun questionnaire for my team to fill in using ChatGPT Step 2: I interview them 1-on-1 using the answers they provided as a starting point Step 3: Once I've done TNA, I create a chat log for each of my member on ChatGPT --> put all information I have gathered in there --> ask ChatGPT to create 10 microlearning contents suitable to the particular team member Step 4: Using AI, again, I create script for each microlearning content Step 5: Using Ppt, i create videos (3-5 minutes). Step 6: put them up gradually on my company website Step 7: collect praises from EVERYONE, especially the big bosses. The whole process would have taken me months. Now it took me 2 weeks.
