The key to managing stagehands is clear, concise communication. Communicating an outline of expectations first, then setting a framework for the mode of communication throughout the work process is my method. Setting an example of how leadership works properly is another technique I have found to be an essential tool in my daily productivity practice. Set the bar high if you expect peak results. Different levels of experience call for addressing different levels of expectations. Flexibility and on the spot fine tuning are necessary when working in a fast paced project. lol
