Follow State guidelines. Protect your own Licenses. You don’t need to please anyone. You can never please anyone anyway. There are enemies anywhere ever in this World. See it with your own eyes. Communication with your team is very important. It may take sometime to get used to your Team. Normally what happens is when you are good to your team there will be always an opposition. The opposite party will always throw you out. When such occurrence the CEO of the company and Administration must get involve and investigate what is going on instead of firing the new Nursing Director. Above all Patient Care is more important than Paper Care. Focus on Patient Care. Not Paper Care.

I find it helpful to identify a champion from both the administrative and clinical teams. This can me a manager from the administrative team and either a managing partner or senior physician from the practice. I would schedule this meeting after the clinic when everyone is available to meet.
