While these are all relevant & great points, one aspect, that is a critical aspect of what makes or breaks a solution, is it's ease of use and overall user experience. Especially in the social sector, it's easy to get carried away by the fact that this is a need and right thing to do, hence it will succeed. However, that doesn't always turn out to be true... While end stakeholders may agree with it, they may not adopt, use and champion it, for the solution to become a success. Giving the users a wholesome experience of why, what, how and a feeling of accomplishment that they have contributed to a cause, is as critical to the problem, solution and the technicalities itself.
