Caching is very much important for improving the API response time. It can be done on server or client side. If same kind of data is being passed on many requests like master tables. it my be configured on server side. The cache must be refreshed based on time interval/event/manual trigger . Client-side caching basically keeps the data of previously requested files directly within browser and it will be used on subsequent requests. we can use version number in order to load the static files from server and not loaded from client browser. like below. <link rel="stylesheet" href="foo.css?v=2">
