I have a weekly message about motivation with all my level 1, I planned for 2024 to have a weekly call with all of them and a monthly call with the rest of the team. Of course a creation of a group (WhatsApp, Facebook and/or LinkedIn) can be a very good way to keep a live channel with our team.

When I was in the army, I was graduating to turn Corporal and we taught us that our main tool is our men, so if we don't focus 100% on them we're on our way to fail. My team is the core of my activity, so I'll give them the best of myself if I want to have them productive. And also a very important point, in IAD 12,2% of the commission goes to the upline so if I want success I have to take my team with me and stay close from them thanks to communication.
