This phase of the work could be in form of an action research project where members of the special population are put in an environment that allows them to reflect on their realities, context and needs and the world of digital. Through this experience, the diverse ways in which digital can be relevant to them is made apparent and they can develop a curriculum that could then be implemented alongside them! With all these in mind, users need to continuously acquaint themselves with the devices 'Help' option to troubleshoot when experiencing errors and software application technicalities. This skill will enable users to extend their knowledge beyond only using a particular device. It will equip users to solve problems and develop their technical skills. By using a range of user-friendly devices, special populations feel included, prioritized and can readily access information at their fingertips with enriching library of content.
