En algunos países mayormente latinoamericanos existe una discriminación por edad, en casos arriba de 35 o 40 años es más difícil encontrar una oportunidad laboral y considero que tanto el hombre como la mujer pueden desempeñar muy bien su trabajo si son mayores de esas edades, porque ya existe una madurez emocional y profesional, podrían ser más estables, más leal a la empresa porque los consideran parte del equipo de experiencia y que pueden apoyar a los miembros más jóvenes en su desarrollo dentro del staff, creo que teniendo un balance entre personas mayores y jóvenes se puede tener un equipo equilibrado y que puede tener incluso programas de relevos generacionales para mantener a la empresa siempre en la rotación normal de personal.
