Projects and founders don't need another person who just says something everybody has been saying. They need people who understand what the project is about and how they can help change something that affects and makes the progress of the project solid.

It's counterintuitive. It's not about Web3 itself, but about the value proposition. What do you bring to your users? Often, Web3 entrepreneurs fail to address this fundamental question, leading to overhyped projects without users. The importance of Web3 is secondary and should justify why this technology, this universe, over another. Sometimes the answer lies in data sovereignty, the idea of owning your identity on the Internet. Other times, it's about better revenue distribution and community. Ask yourself these questions in order.

To pitch your proposals effectively, use the Business Styles matrix to identify your stakeholders and their business styles: -Analytical: These people are organised & process-oriented. To adapt, go into details & be specific. Talk about process, be structured & avoid unsubstantiated claims -Drivers are to-the-point, bottom-line oriented, decisive. To adapt, keep it short and get to the point. Say it once, say it well -Amiable people are friendly & seek consensus. To adapt, find non-business links to build rapport, & ask them to consider the impact of your request on others -Expressive people are spontaneous & talk big picture. Be enthusiastic, match their energy, take an interest in them. Talk about the big picture before going into detail

Additionally, I recommend establishing direct and transparent communication with the identified stakeholders. This not only facilitates the approval process but also builds trust and support for future initiatives.

In crafting your message, make sure you understand the core technology behind what you are pitching about. For example, let's say you're talking about a Bitcoin wallet. In referring to Bitcoin, you don't call it a token. It shows you don't have a clear understanding of coins and tokens. It can be difficult to understand Web3 technology in-depth, but a good grasp of what you are talking about can help you stand out and give good answers to any questions stakeholders might ask.

Crafting your message is one way you can get into a project. Here's the thing, 🌀 Understand what the project needs (Problems) 🌀 Talk about how you can help solve their issues 🌀 How is your solution helpful and different (pitch it) 🌀 Be bold and have authority in what you're saying(you need to let them see they you have authority in what you're saying). 🌀 Make them see that they need you. (Your pitch should be straight and direct).

Messaging is the same as in any idea you are pitching, in Web3 or anywhere - what differentiates your idea, so potential customers understand why they want it - is it relatively easy to access by customers, or is there an established channel to sell your product - what differentiates your idea from any other dist. ledger, coin, token, experience or business model in the market - can you maintain that differentiation, if so, for how long? You get that sorted, and you are interesting…
