Busca algo que te diferencie del resto, tus habilidades más fuertes y explótalas. Para mí lo más importante es saber vender. Es tu momento, véndete pero véndete de la mejor de las maneras.

En general lo que siempre hago es mostrar una buena actitud y un estilo de afrontamiento positivo frente a los conflictos que puedan surgir. No tomarte las reacciones de los otros miembros del equipo de manera personal es algo que me ha ayudado cuando surgen diferencias.

Define hasta donde quieres llegar. Adaptabilidad?? Evidentemente cuando trabajamos en equipos todos debemos adaptarnos para encajar con el resto. Pero hasta donde??? Creo que también es bueno poner límites. Estamos en un momento muy fuerte donde la gente empieza a valorarse y dice hasta aquí! Y de ahí no paso y me parece genial. Hay que adaptarse pero con límites. Es mi vida mi trabajo y yo también voy q poner normas. Evidentemente para que puedas hacer esto tienes que ser bueno o muy bueno en lo tuyo y que compense contratarte en vez de elegir a cualquier otro

Generalmente les hago comprender que es una meta compartida junto a la organización para la que trabajan.

Observar y conocer a cada miembro. Darme el espacio para escuchar a las personas para entender si discurso, que comunica y como lo hace. Si su lenguaje es positivo, como interpreta la realidad. Trabajar en equipo y sobretodo liderar un equipo requiere de muchas habilidades. Y una muy importante es saber buscar soluciones a los problemas. Una de las cosas cuando alguien me viene con un problema es que quiero que también me traiga una solución. Genial! Gracias por detectar un problema pero si no hay ya un antídoto nos quedamos dando vueltas al problema u haciéndolo más grande.
