If you're having communication issues early on, you're definitely going to want to shut it down or get rid of some folks now. I promise it's not going to get easier. Also, if you're building a founding team, you all should read the book "The Founder's Dilemmas" and work through all the issues that come up in that book BEFORE you agree to equity splits or working expectations.
