However minor the endeavour might be, the intent to make it visible demonstrates the time and energy invested in work. 2) Figuring out what the critical question is to answer and who the beneficiary is makes your contribution constructive faster and proves its worth. 3) Even if not constructive contributions, proactive contributions, such as ideas and thought inputs, make voices heard and add diversity to discussions, and static contributions, such as supporting team members or giving a hand to tasks, build collaborative chemistry.
