It represents an anchorage of action and decisions in core values. Keeping an open organization's values in moving circles of power, yet it is ready to adapt and change. Begin each day with a few minutes of mindfulness meditation or journaling to set your intentions and remind yourself of your values. Throughout the day, take moments to pause and reflect on whether your actions are aligned with your values. This practice can help you stay grounded and make more intentional choices. Mind: Ensure that you think for yourself and have trust in the content of your own mind and decision making. Own: Own your mistakes and be prepared to admit when you are wrong. Uphold: Uphold your values, beliefs and ideals etc, by being steadfast in defending what you belief to be right.

On an average, most companies see a shift in C suite and leadership team every 3-4 years. With that, comes shift in power dynamics. Going back to basics, organisation vision, mission and purpose is the key here. I have found Leadership alignment exercise on regular frequency extremely helpful too. This also keeps change initiatives fit for purpose.
