Soll heissen, wenn ich digital gut aufgestellt bin, Prozesse und Außenauftritt passen, kann die Erweiterung um Influencer Kanäle super passend sein. Zudem sollte der interne Umgang, mit den Leads aus diesen Kanälen, sehr gut eingespielt und geschult sein. Das schlimmste für den Kunden ist, digital motiviert beim Unternehmen auf langwierige, komplizierte und zu oft noch analoge Prozessfortsetzungen zu stoßen.

Automotive has exponentially grown reaching broader audiences due to the internet and it’s no secret that Influencers have taken over particularly on social media. There’s a niche for everyone online, from parenting tips, makeup/clothing, reality tv in 90 second frames and product reviews especially. Utilizing the power of their captured audiences, demography and influence to persuade a customer to try/buy products, I feel influencers have the ability to draw customers into specific vehicles, their features and even have the ability to overcome objections sales personnel face by reviewing the product to the consumer. I feel it also helps to build trust with the consumer and the product if their favorite influencers are promoting them.
