Evaluate potential value each initiative can deliver in terms of financial gains, market share growth, tech advancement, operational efficiencies, sustainability and/or competitive advantage. 2. Assess the impact both quantitatively (i.e., revenue growth, cost savings, innovation, market share, etc.) and qualitatively (i.e., brand enhancement, customer satisfaction, organizational culture, market positioning, risk management, governance, etc.)
