El dato en sí mismo no tiene ningún valor. El dato puesto en contexto tiene muchísimo valor y para eso tienes que entender qué es lo que te arroja el dato y cómo se puede relacionar con otras variables. Por ejemplo que un jugador de fútbol haya corrido 13 kilómetros en un partido no significa necesariamente que haya hecho bien su trabajo. Significa solo que corrió mucho. Pero si ese dato lo cruzas con otras variables importantes según su posición, como balones recuperados, zonas recorridas, etc, te arrojaran cosas interesantes.

The sports industry is very dynamic in nature and is constantly evolving. It can be intimidating and quite difficult for a young professional to navigate this space and establish themselves. There will be lots of rejections and many moments where it can feel like there is no movement or progress in one's career. Resilience is a much needed quality in this space. Some things that have helped me include, finding the right kind of mentors, consistent, deliberate & mindful networking, reaching out to peers for advice, being pro-active and most importantly self-belief & confidence. Big opportunities don't come often, therefore, one must be ready and in the right state of mind to take advantage of any that comes their way.

Acredito que seja a característica mais importante a se desenvolver, no mundo do futebol, como gestor. Por mais que internamente você tenha uma estratégia bem definida e sabe que os resultados irão aparecer a média e longo prazo, externamente mídia e torcida acabam não sabendo os mínimos detalhes. O futebol é imediatista mexe com paixão e a racionalidade fica com quem está na gestão. As críticas e a desinformação acabam por minar sua cabeça ao ponto de poder colocar em dúvida tudo o que se está construindo. Fortalecer sua resiliência é importante para manter o equilíbrio e sobriedade estratégica.
