Firstly i would allow only if the clashes are healthy & manageable. If it goes out of control, i will try to immediately request to get them off the place. I will give them some cooling period. Then i would meet them individually & try to understand their perspectives. Once they are sane & logical, i will have a group coaching with a common agenda along with rules of discussion & communication as well. Healthy debates are welcomed but certainly not clashes
