Daily brief “toolbox” safety talks. JSA’s (Job safety Analysis forms) filled out and reviewed by a supervisor prior to the start of any job evolution. And a monthly actionable safety observation by each employee with recognition from the best one that month. Sounds like a lot of extra paperwork but once workers get used to it the process can be done fairly quick with little to no impact to production.
