Nobody has a degree in Blockchain, there are these days some studies, only the market is moving so fast that is obsolete before you start. The key to start in this industry is to start reading whitepapers, connecting with experts and communities, try out exchanges and tokens become an expert, ask loads of questions and get into the network. Collaboration is key in this industry and anyone is willing to support a proactive enthusiastic person.

Never underestimate the power of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Highlighting these in conjunction with your blockchain knowledge can significantly enhance your attractiveness to employers.
