Then make sure that the tasks they are assigned align toward the chosen priorities, and that the team members remain on task day-by-day. Each portion of this needs to be clear and consistent, so that there can be no confusion. If any of the team members have their own strong feelings about what should be done that diverge from the target priorities, that is a different kind of problem and you'd need to discuss that with the person. Maybe they'll have an opportunity to implement their vision at a future time.
