It's challenging to resist reacting to feedback, but that's my starting point - to not "react". Feedback is data, and I believe you don't react to data points; you react to data trends. That's not to say data points should be ignored; they make you think about how you could approach something differently, which is valuable in itself. Lastly, none of this exists in a vacuum. How does the conflicting feedback align with your organizational goals, culture, and mission? That carries a lot of weight against what the feedback ultimately means.

Chez ACME, le speakers bureau que je dirige, on est nécessairement confronté à cette question. En effet, les conférenciers sélectionnés sur mon catalogue ACME 25, sont des conférenciers en devenir. L'amélioration continue est un principe de la conférence professionnelle. Rien n'est jamais pareil dans l'événementiel. J'ai remarqué qu'en dépit des multiples préparations, il se passe toujours quelque chose. Cela peut être lié au conférencier, par exemple un trou de mémoire, au maître de cérémonie, un oubli, au matériel, le PPT qui ne s'affiche pas correctement, au son, dérapage, écho etc. Donc le conférencier doit avoir un mental d'acier et être en capacité d'improviser ou de rebondir.

DEBRIEFING Possivelmente os comentários favoráveis são dos Stakeholders que participaram do Briefing da conferência e podem ser imediatamente verificáveis com uma sessão de debriefing. Manter tudo o que funcionou para a próxima é realmente importante. 2. IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE STAKEHOLDERS Através dos comentários negativos é possível inferir um perfil de Stakeholders não atendido na conferência. Uma vez identificado é importante que uma sessão de discussão sobre a conferência seja feita para que se levante pontos de melhoria. 3. PLANEJAMENTO No novo planejamento é importante que o novo perfil seja integrado ao Briefing.

Feedback is always important however it is critical you set specific goals and metrics for your event which to measure against.

Acredito que ter um preparo melhor sobre a pauta que será discutida, ajuda a não ter problemas de comunicação na conferência.

O ideal seria se preparar melhor para a próxima e aprender com a primeira. Os comentários serão colocados novamente, porém devemos estrar preparados e nos antecipar a esse tipo de crítica.
