Ich lebe das System vor und weiße in vielen Prozessen positiv auf das CRM System hin. Auch wenn Mitarbeiter mit Probleme kommen, die durch das CRM System hätten vermieden oder vermindert werden hätten können, weiße ich positiv daraufhin. Mitarbeiter sollten den Wert selbst erkennen, dass dauert in der Umsetzung länger, bringt aber langfristig in der Arbeit mit dem System mehr.
