Hire a social media team immediately. And by team, I mean more than 1 person. The “content is king” cliches are all here now. It’s time to really invest in the content and storytelling of behind the scenes. That will sell any asset within the music camp. ⛺️ Storytelling is everything.

I think it's tempting to scrap everything and start again when this happens. However, I find diving into the analytics can reveal some areas that might have gone unnoticed. Let's say one of your posts got a bit more response than the rest, dive into that post and analyse what you think resonated with people and do more of that. Sometimes more is more...and not less. You might need to 10x your output just to be able to get more accurate data. Social media is a numbers game. Often we have to post a LOT more than we feel comfortable with at first to get any traction. So find the posts that are performing the best and drop some money on them paid ads.
