I would tell them to 🤬off , when as a designer you know u r spot on the trends which you know on your own and not follow for sale trend books , and u know the vision of your brand , u just do it your way, marketing teams are not the designer , stylists are not the designers , I personally refuse to change my designs to please a stylist who most of the times knows nothing of fashion. My house, my rules and my vision , a really good marketing group would know how to work around My vision, my concept and reaches out to the client directly .
