Effectively managing multiple podcast projects with diverse deadlines necessitates meticulous planning, prioritization, and communication. Clear communication and self-care help maintain productivity and prevent burnout amidst the dynamic demands of various projects.

Regardless of my current workload, I give my clients 3-4 business days for turnaround for the first draft. This will allow a buffer just in case more projects come in. After that, if you choose that bandwidth or style of bandwidth, you stack your work based on what comes in first. If you have a client with an "urgent" project, you should be charging for the expedition; turnaround isn't allowed with your 3-4 business day turnaround.

Get organized & use a project management software. If you aren't using something like a ClickUp or Trello, one of those tools will save your life!! I manage most of my life using those tools - esp. repeatable projects (like producing a podcast every week)
