If you have been in business for a while and this is your first time having a vision and implementing one, there will be people in your team that don’t like the change. They are the loyalists. People that do just enough to keep a job and are comfortable. They are good for when you “manage” the business (status quo). But not good when you “lead” the business (implement a vision). They will have a hard time adjusting to the change. Knowing this, you need to move forward with your vision. Set the stage for them to succeed in the change but keep moving forward. This means that if team members are not performing or adapting, set up a scorecard that objectively measures performance and hold them to the performance through PIPs if needed.

If your team members don't agree with your vision. You have the wrong team members... That being said, your vision is the foundation of everything you will do. You have to get it clear, right and well detailed. Then you build a team around it. People who join you because they share your vision
