I would search and find a mentor. And also find a bunch of supporting friends or family. To stay resilient, we need to constantly keep ourselves highly motivated and encouraged. When our internal motivation drops, we can get a lot of encouragement from external factors like Music, movies, Motivational quotes and a lot from those we are associated with. The road will be tough, but people can keep our spirit up helping us to be more and more resilient.

Leverage on your network of startup founders and discuss the problem to them; you might and most likely will get the help you need to overcome those challenges.

Running your own business is a rollercoaster, there's no doubt about it. You're going to hit roadblocks, for sure. Everyone has their own way to unwind. Find what works for you, whether it's hitting the gym, meditating, or burying your nose in a good book.

It is a daily occurrence for me to experience stress, and each day brings with it a new set of challenges. To alleviate stress, I have found that engaging in regular exercise is the most effective method to enhance my mental health, build resilience, and cultivate grit. Specifically, running a distance of 10 kilometres each day is my preferred approach to stress relief, as it enables me to not only reduce my body fat and improve my physical strength but also to develop my mental fortitude.
