Treine sim, mas crie formas de “perpetuar” esse treinamento nas pessoas. Ambientes para praticar, base de conhecimento com telas e modo de operar, desenhos de processos disponíveis e de fácil acesso, quiz com conteúdos e prêmios para respostas corretas, são exemplos de atitudes que formentam o conhecimento, sem que isso fique pesado para os usuários. Agora não se esqueçam de planejar isso. As pessoas estão no dia a dia, executando suas atividades.

Having the best ERP system for your business but not training the users on how to use it or how to make the most of it means that you just threw your money down the drain. A good training is obviously mandatory for users to feel as safe as possible when working with the new ERP (and knowing that they have support in case things don't go as planned also helps). Store training materials somewhere with easy access for users and keep those materials updated. Get feedback from users and register all incidents and problems. Inform all users about those problems and its solution/prevention and store the information so they can access it when needed. Can also train L1 support to answer common queries raised by end users. Another was could be to create chatbots which can do basic research to resolve common issues raised by end users.

Quando falamos de redução de custos e ganho de eficiência numa empresa sempre acaba surgindo a tona essas 3 letras juntas: ERP. O famoso ERP (ou Enterprise Resource Planning) pode nos dar as respostas suficientes para entendermos onde estão os “gargalos” de uma companhia, se bem parametrizado… Não costumo escolher ERPs numa empresa, sempre digo que o melhor ERP é aquele que está parametrizado com os dados e realidades da empresa. Já vi “ERPs” que eram simples planilhas de Excel mas que estavam muito preparados para a realidade daquela empresa. Nem sempre o mais caro é o melhor, mas existindo a possibilidade, invista no qual você tenha o controle dele e possa sempre ter as visões de controle produtivo e/ou da prestação de serviços em dia.

Porque natural vc ter habilidades em determinadas “matérias” e em outras não. Implantar um ERP, precisa ter um responsável que tenha entendimento da plataforma. Nada daquelas pessoas que “participaram” de outros projetos. Tem que ter um time técnico e funcional forte e que saiba meter a mão na massa. Este time, terá a missão de regular o que está sendo construído pelas consultorias. Isso porque além de conhecer do negócio, tem conhecimento necessário para discutir a solução proposta. Baixe seu ego. Se vc está nessa cadeira, vc tem seu valor. É isso não significa que vc tenha que saber de tudo.

Independente da maturidade da empresa em implantação de um ERP, acredito que faz parte da qualidade deixar no radar a opção de contratar uma consultoria especializada. Mas vejo que o primordial é que a empresa invista tempo na construção de seus processos de negócios, porque ao contratar a consultoria se a base do negócio não tiver estabelecida, será um trabalho sem eficácia.

When considering cost savings and efficiencies it all starts with proper analysis of the different opportunities. The assessment should be focused on your business processes, and application landscape. For the business process opportunities I would recommend utilizing process mining tools and capabilities to identify inefficiencies in how your processes are executed across various locations. Optimizing these processes through standardization, automation and elimination could result in significant saving opportunities. On your application landscape you can also run an assessment to understand usage of licenses, data footprint and overall application landscape. Optimizing along these different areas can result in cost saving and value.

Focus on Innovation and value creation, consolidate business activities avoiding departments working in isolation, make coat efficiency as part of company culture, invest in automation and digital solutions, conduct regular cost benefit analysis, somewhat similar to what we did during COVID pandemic to overcome the difficulties faced.
