I have lived in India for around 23 years and 3 years now in the USA. The most important thing while understanding any economic metric is to understand that in terms of the relative metrics and behaviour according to geographical regions. Population habits are different in each country so the ways to address economic challenges differ as well. While the western economies significantly increased rates after 2022 , India Central banks did not have to as the economy is in a different stage. Income inequality can be addressed better if countries improve their trade and tax treaties. Some economies have better services while some have better manufacturing efficiencies. Nesses últimos anos temos visto muitas oportunidades de empregos em diversos setores da economia, conversando com contratantes das vagas abertas recebi relatos de dificuldade em encontrar pessoas qualificadas, principalmente entre a geração Z e nem-nem que buscam salários altos em cargos de nível Júnior enquanto ainda são recém formados, querendo pular etapas da curva de aprendizado. Acredito que é preciso mudar o sistema de ensino em muitos países ao redor do globo, para que tenham uma população ativa e consciente que o seu desenvolvimento e progresso está em suas mãos.

We can try to balance it out for most people but we can’t help to see that the rich will get richer over time.
