One of the most effective methods that I have encountered in my career was taking a random selection of calls for an agent, a sort of pop quiz type you might say, and having a qualified and resolute QA representative assigned that will conduct the after-call survey (CSAT) from customer in real time to gain a truer insight to agents abilities to complete the task at hand and if there are other tasks they could be assigned in future role advancement opportunities.
