1. In case of teams, Instead of hi or hello send them your query directly. and even then they don't respond. from next time directly call, people tend to ignore text more than the call. 2. It's always good to have one on one and tell them you don't like. 3. Stop texting them 1:1, You might already have common team group formed. Put out a message that you're having trouble getting quicker response from team members and you're gonna use this channel to communicate further to get quicker reply and this way everyone will also be aware what things and challenges you're facing.
