When AI technology emerged, many of my teacher colleagues grew anxious. Rather than ban it, our school embraced it, causing uncertainty among staff. For me, I would have addressed the stress levels before it got out of control. I'm on a mission to teach 1 million people how to check their Inner Battery as often as they check their phone battery. This creates awareness of when stressful situations are percolating and how it's impacting you. Developing the inner awareness for when stress is building, also brings a choice for what to do about it. I recommend people consider mindfulness based activities like deep breathing, being in nature or moving your body to help keep the stress in check.
