De ce premier facteur , on doit determiner le nombre de terrains de foot simultanés nécessaires ..et le temps que devront durer les parties et le tournoi...

Choisir la date et le lieu sont deux facteurs interdépendants, la liste des lieux depend de l événement que l on souhaite réaliser c est a dire de combien de terrains je veux disposer. On obtient une premiere liste des possibles , ensuite les dates ou ils sont disponibles, la liste se reduit, et enfin parmi ces dates lesquelles nous souhaitons. La liste se réduira encore. La date à laquelle nous souhaiterons faire l'événement, a partir du moment ou c est outdoor preferable de choisir une region et une période ou le mauvais temps est peu probable... La aussi on finit par arriver à une liste encore plus réduite..et enfin, lequel de ces lieux peut permettre une mise a disposition gratuite de ses installations..

My advice, if it is your idea/event, would be find the best venue nearest to you that is practicable as it will make your job easier as you will already have knowledge of potential local sponsors, local facilities and transport. Be realistic as to a timeframe and stick to it. Set achievable chronologically appropriate targets along the way eg secure venue(s) and date(s) before settting date to complete sponsoship proposals; then set target to secure minimum required sponsorship. Make sure your date too doesn't compete with an event that may overshadow it though it is possible to piggy back by arranging your event pre or post after a major event. Listen to all the advice but be confident in your vision!

Pour faciliter le recrutement des bénévoles, indispensables pour un tel projet, il peut être pertinent de choisir un lieu ou le club qui en a l usage a un grand nombre de licencies et de bénévoles que l on va plus facilement recruter. Il faut également associer d'autres associations sensibles a la cause défendue pour profiter de leurs bénévoles et de leur canaux de diffusion. Il est ensuite très important de bien encadrer les bénévoles et d en avoir un nombre pertinent ni trop élevé ni trop faible. Il faut également etre pertinent dans les taches allouées en fonction des ages et des competences. Il y a des postes très important dans un tournoi, en particulier ceux concernant l arbitrage. Un bon arbitrage est garant d éviter moult déboires

Recomiendo buscar organizaciones que tengan como misión la misma finalidad que el evento a realizar, con una sensibilización por la causa por la que se realiza el evento. Es bueno contar con personalidades famosas y medios de comunicación que sean colaboradores y ayuden en la difusión del evento

Volunteers are truly important part of execution event, in most cases. It's important to have a clear list of activities in charge of every person/team. Be sure (as much as possible) about the presence of each person with calls some days before. At the end of the game remember to spend a day with all volunteers, presenting the results and the importance of each person to reach them. A special dinner or something similar could be very appreciated.

Quand il s’agit de rechercher des sponsors, vous allez forcément être en concurrence avec beaucoup de monde (clubs sportifs amateurs et pros, clubs entreprises, projets caritatifs…) il vous faudra donc sortir du lot. Avoir une plaquette de présentation originale et pro me semble le minimum. Ensuite, contactez en priorité les entreprises déjà sponsors de clubs que vous pourrez solliciter plus facilement, consultez les annuaires des clubs et clubs entreprises type BNI, CCI etc. pour trouver le bon interlocuteur et leur contact.

Une idée intéressante serait de créer une team d'ambassadeurs créateurs de contenus qui viendraient créer du contenu authentique pendant l'évènement. Les vidéos seraient publiées pendant ou après l'évènement en collaboration avec le compte du créateur et le compte de l'évènement afin de toucher de nouvelles audiences et faire rayonner le tournoi et la cause soutenue malgré que l'évènement soit terminé.

Hay que pensar en acciones que permitan ser vitales y dar visibilidad tanto al evento, como a la causa por la que se organiza el evento. Para ello pensar en acciones de bajo coste y alto impacto es importante para poder llegar a grandes audiencias con el mínimo gasto

Prendre en compte que tout ne se passera jamais comme prévu ! L’imprévu sera toujours au rendez-vous même si vous vous êtes bien préparés. Cependant, 99% des gens, du public et des participants ne s’en rendront même pas compte. 😉

These are excellent people to keep in mind as potential volunteers, donors, or even just as participants in next year's fundraiser. Consider different touch points as means of maintaining communication with these participants. This can be through social media, a digital or physical newsletter, or direct mail.
