We all know people are different and having each of them express themselves and contribute to the team by using their unique strengths and background experience is vital to the success and longevity of the team. Having regular cadence with team members not just to talk about work but also learning more about team members likes , dislikes, background etc. allows everyone to understand each other better, rely on peer strengths and ultimately develop trust and make the working environment more productive and enjoyable to everyone. In my experience, listening and ensuring everyone has a voice and a safe environment built on respect and mutual appreciation is critical to make a success of a diverse group of people.

Il est important de rester à l'écoute des signaux faibles et d'identifier les situations qui peuvent dégénérer afin de pouvoir entamer des discussions les plus en amont possible.
