Here are two options for gaps on your resume: 1) Career Note - Address the gap, explain the nature of the leave, and clarify why you were out of work (Exited to pursue new education, raise kids, care for a sick loved on, etc.). 2) Flip Dates for Numbers - Not ideal, but try flipping dates like "2022 - 2024" out for "2 years" throughout your resume to soften gaps of 2+ years.
