How can statisticians lead their teams to success?

More than a shared sense, leadership must look at the system in a holistic way, that is, have an end-to-end understanding, starting from the customer's need, through the organization's decision on what should be done, and effectively delivering the customer's order.

When we talk about communication and collaboration, we should automatically envision an environment where feedback loops are crucial actions for an evolutionary process. This implies that only through regular cadences can organizational maturity be observed.

I prefer using only "Learn" here. In fact, when organization has come to understand that learning is the singular path for evolutionary change. Embracing a culture of continuous learning not only fosters adaptability but also cultivates innovation and resilience, making it an indispensable foundation for sustained growth and development.

It should be customised and can be portrayed in a way that other team can leverage too and take decisions. The goal and vision should be little broad and should be considered the in and out of the product that you are working . Because up stream and downstream are indirectly related and need data for their decision

Stats are great, but they are support for measuring some sort of productivity. In these cases, the HUMAN element is not truly considered. You can have equals rank in a clear cut manner, however it might be that the people who are making the TEAM better don’t put up the numbers because they are more team involved by enhancing the members performance and not that of themselves who’s numbers may not be up to par. What’s better for the company? I would consider the stats, but spend more time observing the team dynamic. Lesson learned: Never make decisions based solely on the numbers. It’s likely you’re missing out on the most important element. That element being the individual human elements of the team, and the dynamic/ impact of each.
