Because they are thinking about the impact a podcaster can have by touching people, by speaking truth to power, amplifying the voices of others, inspiring us to connect to others with common cause. This is all about human connection and what motivates us to listen to one another and communicate, and to return to the conversation. These courses and podcasts help us connect to what is deeply human and galvanizing/ inspiring about podcasts. Creating an audience is also about perseverence and commitment - yours! So it really is worth the work to find a format and focus that excites and motivates you as much as your audience!

There are several ways to learn more about podcasting and production. For a start, you can watch videos and tutorials on YouTube. From there, you can ask around for advice from already established podcasters. You can also consider to hire a podcasting coach or expert to help you get started, and learn from what they have to teach you. There are also several Facebook group where podcasters at all levels can ask for, and exchange advice. In my experience, I would also recommend anyone interested in starting their own podcast to guest a few podcasts themselves first, adopt an understanding of the format, and use this as your introduction to the Podcasting World, and figure out if this is something for you.

We start with a fun skit, add a news break in the middle and use movie clips throughout the interview to link popular culture to business topics. I agree with some of the inputs already shared. Podcasts are serious business. It needs technology, interesting contents and people who wish to share. Then, ensure that sensitivities are accounted for before going public. The up side of it is that it has a wide reach and can assist in reaching out very specially to spread important and relevant messages.

Produzo um podcast indenpendente sobre impacto social desde 2019, chamado Impacto na Encruzilhada, e está longe de ser uma tarefa fácil. Além de exigir muito trabalho de produção (pauta, convidados, ediçao, etc), requer ainda um esforço considerável de divulgação. Convém lembrar que ha podcasts e podcasts - não há um único formato nem modelo, o que é ótimo. Podcasts independentes tendem a ter maior liberdade na abordagem de assuntos mais polêmicos, mas, por outro lado, enfrentam maior dificuldade de furar bolhas e alcançar audiências maiores.
