When you look into the dataset shared with you, there could be chances of relationships already built into the data. I use a tool like wizrule to bring out the relationships before I spend some time understanding the data. After you get the relationships right, you need to make the data speak in the right form of visualization. Once you do that, the actions by the users will be automatic.

Next, assess what you already have and identify the gaps or what you lack. Addressing these gaps will ensure you have a comprehensive plan for achieving your objectives efficiently.
