Yes, online Courses have enabled me to broaden my skills into business finance, entrepreneurship and project management. Currently i am slowly gaining fundamental knowledge in Artificial Intelligence through online courses. These new skillsets provides me confidence and make me more comfortable during meeting or conversation with non HR professionals. More importantly, i am able to communicate the monetary benefits and long term financial impact of my training initiatives to the management. It would have been huge mistake if i were to limit my knowledge base to one profession and one career.

I regularly receives notification and reminder on new courses and updates from the online education platform based on my preferences. These notifications helps me to stay updated with latest trends in the industry especially when I am completely occupied with works and project at organization. It's not just online courses alone, webinars, online seminars and other online industry networking events are helping me to interact with other professionals and keep me informed with industry trend and developments.
