Personal Liaison – When you become a patient, you will receive an International Health liaison. They will be your main point of contact throughout your health journey with us. They will help you and your family navigate the health care process, from your initial inquiry to treatment and follow-up care.
Patient Advocacy – Your liaison is your patient advocate and will help you streamline your care with various medical specialists.

Concierge Services – To help make it easy and seamless for you, our team can assist you with your travel and lodging to the United States. We can also provide you with staff to help you with discharge and transitions after your care.
Telehealth – Our doctors offer various telemedicine services to international patients, so you can be seen virtually. This may include remote second opinion, telepathology, teleradiology, tele-GI and telestroke.
Hospital-to-hospital Transfer – If you are currently hospitalized and covered by medical insurance, we can work with your local facility to safely transfer you to Keck Medicine for advanced treatment for complex cases that may not be available elsewhere.
