From Cape Town to Singapore and London, we’re famous for our social calendars and you can expect unforgettable parties running alongside inspiring conferences, awards celebrations and fun show-floor experiences.

Showcasing tech as a force for good

We are passionate about the transformative power of tech and we are determined to showcase and celebrate its positive impact on societies and economies. We don’t shy away from the big topics: from climate change to gender diversity in tech and the need for better connectivity worldwide, our programmes and initiatives (EQL:HER, ClimateTech, InspiringFifty, etc.) aim to accelerate positive change.

Uniting the entire tech ecosystem

Our festivals unite and empower. Simply put, they cater for everyone and anyone in tech. Ministerial and VIP-only programmes run alongside our elevating platforms for young tech start-ups. Student initiatives are held in parallel with specialist conference content. Our topics focus on the latest tech breakthroughs, from web3 to climate tech, from the metaverse and AI applications to health tech. In other words, we’re everything, everywhere, all at once!

Empowering promising start-ups

Throughout the year, our Festivals series run start-up focused programmes as well as celebrate the leaders of tomorrow during various awards ceremonies. Our mission? To amplify and support entrepreneurship, identifying and empowering early-stage entrepreneurs who are building the future. How? By creating regular global touchpoints to inspire these leaders and empower them with the knowledge and connections they need to thrive.

Guiding by example: Building sustainable events

We believe that tech is a force for good and our festivals are where we turn words into action. That’s why sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from low carbon footprint exhibitions to sourcing local, seasonal food for our catering or supporting local charities. Africa Tech Festival even won the 2022 Informa Tech FasterForward Award, celebrating our commitment and outstanding results in the sustainability field.
