Jeffrey Bustos is the VP, MAD+Commerce (Measurement Addressability Data) at the IAB where he develops industry standards and guides for measurement and addressability solutions to enable revenue growth, efficiency, and scale with a focus in Retail Media Networks, Video / Advanced Television, and Privacy Enhancing Technology. Key projects include: Categorization & Definitions Buyers Guide for Retail Media, Data Clean Rooms and Privacy Preserving Solutions Research, and Attention & Engagement Metrics Standards. Previously Jeffrey worked at GroupM where he led Data & Audience Strategy for eCommerce clients, consulting them on cookieless solutions, audience strategy & activation, and data taxonomy & identity resolution for CDP and Data Clean Room activations.

Prior to joining GumGum, Schraeder wore a variety of finance and accounting-based hats at companies like Verifi, RealD, New Regency Entertainment, and KPMG.
Phil regularly contributes to outlets like Advertising Week, Entrepreneur, and AdExchanger, and frequently speaks at engagements and industry events such as Cannes, AdExchanger Industry Preview, the IAB and the 4A’s. In 2022, Phil was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Greater LA program and in 2024 was named to Campaign US’s 40 Over 40.

Michelle Weiskittel is the Head of Media, Creative and Operations at Albertsons Media Collective where she and her team build media and content solutions by utilizing insights and targeting tied to business objectives.
A passion for performance-based media and omni-channel purchase behaviors, Michelle brings deep expertise in influencing basket and product level sales for brands through her agency and Albertsons Companies marketing experience. Over the last two years, she has used this knowledge to prioritize foundational capabilities for Albertsons Media Collective.
Prior to her time at Albertsons Media Collective, Michelle was a Digital Marketing Director for Albertsons and Safeway. With 20+ years of experience in media and a proven history in advancing digital media strategy through consumer insights, targeting, content, ad product innovation, and measurement, Michelle is an industry veteran. She is a 2015 recipient of Brand Innovators Top 40 under 40 award.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California Davis.
