If you can’t make your appointment, please do notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to allow us to reschedule you and keep the appointment time open. Group reservations require 48 hours of prior cancellation to allow us to fill so many vacated appointments. Cancellations after these cut-offs as well as no-shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled service price.
