Description

The perfect fit for an easy evening meal, our extra-large Fish Sticks are coated in crunchy panko breadcrumbs and made with wild-caught Cod fillets. Just remember to leave room on your plate for dipping sauce.

Cooking Directions

CONVENTIONAL OVEN:

UNCOOKED. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK.

1. Preheat oven to 425˚F.

2. Arrange on metal baking pan.

3. Bake 20-24 minutes total.* Flip after 14 minutes.

*FULLY COOK FISH TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165˚F OR HIGHER BEFORE SERVING.

Cod, water, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture).
Breadcrumb coating
Wheat flour, water, yellow corn flour, sugar, salt, palm oil, onion powder, whey, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), yeast, natural flavor.
Vegetable oil
Canola and/or soybean oil
CONTAINS: COD, WHEAT, MILK.

They cost more, yes. "It's just a fish stick*" you say. Wrong. It's cod, and it's worth the money. * The British call them fish fingers, which is the wrong term for them.

“Great fish sticks!”

I bought this a few weeks ago and had it in my freezer ready for a quick weeknight meal. I baked them last night and they came out nice and crunchy and tasted pretty good. I was really happy with them.
